QuickFill Terms of Service

By installing and using QuickFill ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Extension.

1. Description of Service

QuickFill is a Chrome browser extension that helps users automatically fill web forms using saved profile data. The Extension is available in two versions:

• Free Version: Includes 1 profile, up to 10 fills per day, and 14 standard fields.
• Pro Version: Requires a one-time payment. Includes unlimited profiles and fills, custom fields, cross-device sync, and JSON import/export.

2. License

Upon purchasing the Pro Version, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension. The License Key is for your personal use and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Extension to submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information on any form.
• Share, resell, or distribute your License Key to third parties.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the Extension's license verification.
• Use automated tools to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Extension's functionality.

4. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you save in your profiles and submit through web forms. QuickFill does not verify, review, or take responsibility for the content you choose to fill into forms.

5. Payments and Refunds

The Pro Version is sold as a one-time purchase. Payments are processed by Creem, our payment provider. Refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase if the Extension is non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Extension will work on every website or form. Form structures vary across websites, and detection accuracy may differ. We are not responsible for any data entry errors caused by the Extension.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickFill and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data, incorrect form submissions, or business interruption.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update the Extension and these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Extension or our website.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your License Key if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Extension and cease all use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international consumer protection laws. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith communication first, and formal proceedings if necessary.
